Few puffers have made the move from mountain equipment to street uniform quite like the Nuptse. The 1996 Retro version brings back the oversized baffles, boxy proportions and shiny ripstop construction that made the jacket unmistakable in the first place.
Warm down insulation fills out the signature shape, while a stowable hood, adjustable cuffs and hem keep the practical side intact. Thirty years after the version that inspired it, the Nuptse still doesn’t need much updating.
